Hosting ServicesMoonshell Productions can work with your existing web host or recommend a cost effective service that includes many features: up to 100 email accounts, ecommerce capabilities, online surveys and more. Some hosts have limitations on the type of files you can use on their system. This can limit the way you update your site. It could also incur additional costs if you decide to upgrade to a web based content management system. We will give you our best advice on which host will best accomplish your goals and meet your budget. Updating Your Content There are a variety of applications that you can use to add fresh content to your site. These are as easy as sending email and are on password protected web pages. If you think someone in your organization can handle this responsibility, you will save time and money by having your site built with one of these web based systems. There are some design restrictions, but all your pages will have a consistent professional look. If you are used to using Front Page to update your website and want to continue using it, that is easy to do as well. Service Agreements Service contracts are no longer offered for updating sites at regular intervals. All work requests are addressed on a first come first served basis. Clients are strongly urged to allow us to build a site with a content management system they can use themselves. This provides the client with the peace of mind that comes with access and control of their website content. Most content systems are very easy to learn. Training is provided as needed.
